  • BREAKING: Remove SyntheticConfigDto. Split it into SyntheticConfigResponse (returned by getConfiguration, same required fields as before) and SyntheticConfigRequest (body of updateConfiguration, all fields now optional and nullable). Update any code that imports or references SyntheticConfigDto to use whichever new type matches its use.
  • BREAKING: Make nodes required on SyntheticPrivateLocationUpdate. Callers building an update payload must now supply nodes (pass an empty array if the location has none).
  • BREAKING: Many request and response models gained | null on properties that were previously non-nullable, including required fields such as UpdateJob.targetVersion, SyntheticHttpMonitorResponse.syntheticMonitorOutageHandlingSettings, and SyntheticBrowserMonitorResponse.keyPerformanceMetrics. Code compiled with strict null checks that dereferences these fields without a guard needs updating.

API contract changes impacting UI/AI integrations​

  • Removed securityContext from Browser, HTTP, and Multi-Protocol monitor request/response models.
  • UI forms, state mapping, validation logic, and AI workflows relying on this field must be updated.
  • Synthetic monitor response models were extended to include the HTTP monitor type.
  • Type guards, monitor filtering, monitor creation flows, and monitor-specific UI rendering may require updates.
  • SyntheticMonitorSummaryDto no longer contains the THIRD_PARTY monitor type.
  • Consumers should review monitor-type handling logic, filters, analytics, and reporting logic.
  • Asset catalog models now support the DOCUMENT_SCREEN asset type.
  • Asset type selectors, renderers, and AI classification workflows should support the new value.
  • API token scope definitions now include openpipeline.events_smartscape.
  • Permission UIs, scope validation, and access-management flows may require updates.

ActiveGate model changes​
