NotifyButton

The NotifyButton allows users to turn notifications about updates of resources on or off. Common use cases include notifications about updates of saved filters, workflows, or entities. Users will be notified via e-mail.

Variants​

The NotifyButton comes in two variants: default and emphasized.

Default​

Use the default variant in most cases.

Emphasized​

Use the emphasized variant of the NotifyButton if the notification feature needs to stand out and draw the users' attention.

Sizes​

The NotifyButton comes in two sizes: default and condensed.

Default​

Use the default size in most cases.

Condensed​

Use the condensed size in compact layouts, when there isn't enough space for a default-sized NotifyButton, or when it's placed next to other condensed buttons.

Icon only​

If space is limited, the NotifyButton can be displayed with just an icon.

Where to position​

Ensure the NotifyButton is close to the element or resource for which the user will receive notifications.

Customizable content​

If you customize the content of the overlay, make sure to communicate the notification status to users (on or off). Ideally, you also provide information about what the users will receive notifications for.
